This was our last day in Japan and was spent visiting the Asakusa Kannon Temple, the Meiji shrine, the electronic shops in Akihabara and Disneyland Tokyo. We were tired, exciting and struggling to adjust to the idea that we would be back in the UK tomorrow. The Asakusa temple is a famous Buddhist temple and Meiji honours the Emperor Meiji and is a Shinto shrine. The other locations speak for themselves. As this is the last blog of the trip I would like to thank you for reading and encourage you all to visit this amazing country. It has been a wonderful trip and the student group has been outstanding in its behaviour and commitment. Well done to all. It has been a privilege to accompany you. Many thanks to the parents for their hard work over a long period to make this happen.
